Location was outstanding! Communication with Mark, the Host, was excellent. He responded immediately, even on Sunday when I thought I had been locked out of the elevator. (I just overlooked pressing the button after the code.) This particular unit was placed perfectly for enjoying the ocean waves, the sunrise and the fireworks. The angle of the patio allowed one to enjoy the ocean without being baked by the sun. We could see multiple, beautiful fireworks displays (some lasting an hour) to the north, without being disturbed by the sound. Pelicans could be seen diving for fish and many flew within 10 feet of the covered balcony. Amazing to see them fly by so close. Both showers were beautifully remodeled and had great water pressure. The linens on the bed were super soft. They also have a Keurig machine. : )We will definitely book again!

It's bigger than you think. Quiet and relaxing. The beach is unique with the rocks but that's the reason we selected Palm Coast beach. HOA does a great job with the common areas and grounds.
