You have the entire 2nd floor of a large, 3-story home at the north end of Placencia Village. 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Air conditioning throughout. Full sized, well stocked kitchen. Ample indoor & outdoor space. Shared pool, BBQ & sun deck just steps from your back deck . Ideal location; in the heart of Placencia Village and walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants as well as the famous Sidewalk and, of course, the Caribbean Sea. Tour operator with golf cart rentals next door. Coffee shop & grocery store right across the street. Complimentary coffee and tea, free use of bicycles and kayaks.
This might just be the best value in the village! Live like a local in this casual and comfortable community where you are welcomed like an old friend. The apartment sleeps up to five people and is furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, and one sofa bed. Socialize with other travelers around the pool (there are 2 smaller rental units on the ground level) or ask your hosts for excursion and dining recommendations- owners live on site and know all the hidden gems around the peninsula.
