This romantic cottage is brand new and offers the exceptionnal priviledge in Placencia village to have privacy, space, open landscaped grounds on the beach, open and direct view on the ocean, silence, gentle marine breeze and clean beach.

Make sure u leave the safe key and the parking remote inside the unit please
Turn AC OFF please
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate - no fish frying inside the cabana - the kitchenette is made for light cooking - no air extractor but only ocean breeze.
Garbage shall be bagged and placed in the trash bins outside by the parking gate.
Turn lights and AC off when you are not in the cabana.
