This elegant island getaway awaits you! Situated on the exclusive West end of the island you will find this spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa. A less than 5 minute walk and you are at the beach. If you aren’t a beach person, it’s a short 7 min walk to the pool. Kick up your feet on the porch with a nice cool drink, breathe in the salt air and feel the coastal breeze and wash all your cares away.

* Make sure all beach equipment is cleaned off and put away in the closet.
If you rent the linens, please strip the beds, and leave them on the floor • Make sure all coffee pots, toasters, ovens, lights, and TV’s are turned off

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and now reside in a little suburb outside of Charlotte, NC. My husband and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a beach condo in Ocean Isle, NC. We have 2 children that are boys and keep us busy! When we are not at the beach, we love to travel!

Why they chose this property

We love Ocean Isle for its small-town beach feel. It offers plenty for families to enjoy and great places to eat, without being so commercialized that it loses its charm.

What makes this property unique

The back porch is truly the best feature of our condo. From the swing, you can take in views of the ocean and the serene retention pond behind the property. It’s the perfect spot to relax and watch stunning sunsets, and easily my favorite place to spend time.
