About the host

Hosted by Tim Piowaty

Host profile image
Tim, and DeLaina have lived in Colorado a combined 60 years and never get tired of all the beauty and activities living in this state provides. We have travelled across the US and abroad and have found short term vacation rentals to be much more relaxing and less commercial then the traditional lodging options. We've had our fair share of great and not-so great experiences and have taken those to provide you with nothing but the great.

Why they chose this property

When we purchased this property, it was on the edge of town in an urban-rural setting. Many of the streets in the neighborhood do not have curb/gutter. The neighborhood has matured with rich landscaping and thanks to not being HOA has allowed each homeowner to put themselves into their properties. You would be hard pressed to see a neighbor walking their dog or driving down the road and not give you a nod or wave as they pass by.

What makes this property unique

The entire property sits on nearly 1/2 acre with mature trees and landscaping. Without HOA restrictions, we have been able to create many private relaxing areas on the property including a secluded front yard for the suite we maintain. You can relax in privacy.
