Tolle Wohnung und gute Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Die Vermietung ebenfalls top und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch ein Babybett konnten wir dazu mieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Boje 3 - eine gemütliche, gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubstage in Timmendorf und Umgebung - nicht zuletzt wegen "unserer" Boje 3.Sehr gepflegte, vollausgestattete, lichtdurchflutete Ferienwohnung.Machte einen neuwertigen, frisch renovierten Eindruck.Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache - alles wie auf den Fotos. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!Balkon mit Blick auf eine große Wiese - sehr schön.Markise und Rollläden zur Beschattung in tadellosem Zustand und elektrisch (!) zu bedienen.Tiefgaragenplatz auch für größere Combis gut zu nutzen. Fahrräder können sicher in einer separaten Holzhütte untergebracht werden.Lage: zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten vom Zentrum / Strand entfernt (sehr schöner Weg). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man deutlich schneller dort.Einziger Wermutstropfen, der uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat: Der Verkehr auf einer gut befahrenen Straße ist tagsüber zu hören. Abends / Nachts tritt aber auch dort Ruhe ein.Vielen Dank für diese liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben!

Unsere Fewo war super sauber und sehr gemütlich.Es fehlte uns an nichts! Sehr entspannt war auch das Parken und der schnelle Zugang in die Wohnung!Wir konnten uns gut erholen und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation und dem Ablauf der Anmietung gewesen! Jederzeit wieder!Viele Grüße an das Baltic-Team in Scharbeutz und herzlichen Dank!!!!

Ferienwohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da , was braucht, Was etwas stört , ist der Autoverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleingkeiten werden sofort behoben. Dem Baltic Team , sprechen wir ein großes Lob aus. Das Team ist sehr nett , freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gefallen , in der Lübecker Bucht.

Gut die Wohnung war leider zu weit vom Strand und der Flaniermeile An vielen Tagen kam ein sehr schlechter Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche der auch mit Reinigungsmitteln nicht weg ging

Schöne Wohnung, für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist recht gut eingerichtet und alles nötigste vorhanden. Für Geräuschempfindliche sollten die Fenster nachts geschlossen bleiben, da die Bundesstraße doch recht laut ist. Da wir jedoch die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, störte dies nur in der Nacht etwas.
