This custom designed architectural beauty sits on a magnificent hillside abundant in nature and enhanced by carefully crafted Permaculture gardens thriving with all kinds of fruit trees, shrubs and a variety of food. The villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an option to add another master bedroom and bathroom for an additional fee of $150 nightly. This second master bedroom sits just on top of the pool which has absolutely stunning views of the ocean.

The main master bedroom is fully furnished with a king­ sized bed and spacious bathroom. The third guest room has a queen size bed and the fourth guest room of the house has two twin beds, making it an ideal vacation retreat for groups of friends as well as families with children.

We also have a queen bed available that we can switch out for the double twin bed set-up. In addition if you need a twin bed in any of the rooms we would be happy to place it anywhere you like.

The spacious living room with panoramic views open onto a state ­of­ the ­art, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In addition we have a beautiful Infinity swimming pool for all to enjoy.

We offer in-house chef services, cocktail servers and maid services to help you get settled in and enjoy the comforts of your luxury villa. These services are at an additional rate, except the complimentary cleaning services which we offer daily, except on sundays and national holidays.

>The villa is about a 200 yard walk from the beach just below the house, the main pavones surf break is .8 miles from the house and Punta Banco, which is a one of our most picturesque beaches, is 1.5 miles from the villa.
