The space features oversized bedrooms, two with with king beds and one with two queen beds, offering plenty of room for a retreat and restful night. The oversized primary suite takes up the entire third floor and completely private. There are two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two washer/dryer units. Two decks provide excellent sunset viewing with glimpses of Turnagain Arm. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this beautiful and pleasant home provides a fantastic base for your getaway right in downtown Anchorage. Property is fully fenced with key-less entry and a nice private outdoor green space. Off street parking for two vehicles is included.

Feel free to reach out to us during your stay. Concierge services are available if you don't want to shop or get groceries before you arrive. For guest convenience there is 4x4 SUV available for rent that lives on the property 24/7, if you don't want to bother with an additional rental reservation. We're happy to suggest local spots to check out, hike, dine and make suggestions on what to do during your stay. All you have to do is ask.
