Thanks to its proximity to city centre (approx. 2 km) combined with its very quiet residential setting, you can enjoy wonderful days here.

Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, a wine shop, the Meppen Open-Air Theatre, restaurants & delivery services, Nordic walking trails, and great bike routes.

In our approximately 62 m² upstairs apartment for 2 to 4 people, you’ll find plenty of space to unwind. The apartment features a large living/dining room with an adjoining balcony, a flat-screen TV with HD channels (cable), a Blu-ray player, a comfortable sleeper sofa for 2 people, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a sunny yellow bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In August 2026, we successfully recertified as a 3-star holiday rental according to the DTV’s new criteria.

The apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters that can be controlled via a wireless remote. Only the skylights must be darkened manually.

Bicycles can be stored in one of the garages. This garage also has an outlet for charging e-bikes. Please contact us in advance regarding this.

We have set up a guest parking space in front of the house for your car. It is located on the grassy strip on grass pavers. A parking sign is also posted there for better identification.
