Die Wohnung punktet absolut durch den Erker mit der Superaussicht auf Nordsee, Neuwerk, den Deich und die restliche Umgebung. Sehr ruhige durchdachte ausgestattete Wohnung, zu Fuß zur Promenade 10 min, Duhnen Zentrum 15 min. Genug Plätze für Fahrräder, hinten Sandkasten und kleine Grünfläche. Wlan Empfang lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, in der Pfanne brennt vieles an. Die Abzugshaube enthält keinen Filter.In der Wohnung hält sich ein Geruch, den wir nicht zu ordnen konnten. Wetter mäßig war lüften während unserer Zeit kein Problem. Alles dies ist für uns kein Ausschluß und wir werden wieder kommen.
