A prime spot by the sea: The 33 m² penthouse apartment H511 in the Horizont II building in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg accommodates 2 people and is located right on the beach.

From the 3rd floor (lift available), you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Neuwerk Island, the Wadden Sea, kitesurfers, mudflat carts, and ships on the horizon from the covered, glass-enclosed west-facing balcony. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom with shower and toilet, heated floors, two TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a double bed, free Wi-Fi, and a dedicated parking space right next to the building. A bakery (seasonal) and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The location near the beach makes this accommodation ideal for long walks, sunsets by the sea, or cosy evenings with panoramic views. Dogs are also welcome (€10 per night, max. 1 dog). This holiday rental is perfect for a relaxing North Sea holiday any time of year.

Wir haben zum Frühstück und am Abend immer darin gesessen und mit dem Fernglas, welches in der Wohnung vorhanden war, die Wattläufer, Pferdewagen und Reiter verfolgt. Die kurzen Wege in den Wernerwald und die Duhner Heide waren, durch die Lage des Hauses, in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

In der Wohnung wäre ein Griff oder Duschhocker empfehlenswert. Meine Mutter hat die Wohnung gemietet, sie ist 81. Und im Eingangsbereich fehlt ein Geländer und eine Rampe für Gebehinderte. Nur mal so als Denkanstoß. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub für meine Mutter. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung . Toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Top Aussicht auf die Nordsee, man sieht die dicken Pötte die Wattwagen die Kitter, es wird nicht langweilig.

Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch im Haus ist alles sauber und es geht sehr ruhig zu. Da man den Aufzug benutzen kann, spielt die Lage in der 3. Etage keine Rolle. Dies ist eher ein Vorteil, den von hier oben hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
