The apartment in the house Nordseeperle 2. Floor is located in a dead end, directly behind the dike.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2018, including new flooring, new kitchen, and new furniture.
They overlook the island of Neuwerk and the world shipping route. It is a very well maintained house.
The apartment has 2 balconies. On one you can have breakfast in the glorious morning sun, on the other you can enjoy the lake view and the afternoon sun until sunset over Neuwerk.
A lockable bicycle garage is available.
Covered beds and shower and towel sets are standard.
You will enjoy the tranquility, but also go in 10 minutes to the bustling center of Duhnen. Here you will find various shops and restaurants. A bakery and a beach snack with foot shower (delicious fish sandwiches, sausages, drinks, etc.) is located in the immediate vicinity (about 300 meters).

Sehr netter Gastgeber! Hat vorab alles gut geklappt! Lage sehr gut, direkt hinter dem Deich, ruhiger Abschnutt. Gemütliche, nett eingerichtete Wohnung ( maritim) mit 2 Balkonen. Die Wohnung war mit sehr viel Liebe neu renoviert. 2 Balkone in unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung haben mir traumhafte Sonnenauf und Sonnenuntergänge beschert. Die ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse mit Blick auf Neuwerk machen die Wohnung zu einem Highlight. Check in und out mit Schlüssel Safe machten auch die An und Abreise perfekt. Herr Kaiser hat im Vorfeld sehr freundlich alle nötigen Unterlagen geschickt. Immer wieder gerne.

Check in war um 15uhr kamen erst um 16uhr in die Wohnung. Der anruf bei der Agentur war sehr unfreundlich.Eigentlich sehr ruhige Lage wenn man von den Geräuschen die man von zuhause kennt absieht..Rasenmäher Trimmer Kinder geschrei auf dem Spielplatz oder unnützes hupen auf dem Parkplatz. Gute Sauna im Keller für 2/30minGute Lage 15min bis zur Stadt Duhinen

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Lage, direkt am Strand und Zentrum in der Nähe, freizeitmöglichkeit wie Wattwanderung, wattwagen nach Neuwerk auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kommunikation vor der Reise mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und die Gästekarten waren auch rechtzeitig vor der Einreise zugeschickt. Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, die Gästekarten ins wallet im handy importieren könnten
