The property was in perfect condition when we arrived. A nice touch was there was coffee and some food staples here when we arrived. The hot tub was already hot. The location is very convenient. The master shower is great. The only negative was the traffic noice. It is next to a heavily traveled road and one of the cutting knives folded in half while we were cutting it
