Welcome to your spacious holiday home in the peaceful hinterland of the island of Usedom.
In this idyllic setting, you’ll find the perfect starting point to unwind with the whole family and enjoy a relaxing stay on the “Sun Island.” The detached holiday home “Inselnest” consists of two separate holiday apartments, each with its own entrance. This allows you to spend your holiday in separate spaces, yet still on the same property and in close proximity to one another.
The larger holiday apartment measures approximately 117 m² and features three bedrooms. It has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers ample space for six people. On the ground floor, you’ll find the open-concept living area with a dining table and fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and all the amenities, as well as the guest bathroom. The staircase leads to the upper floor. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms offer ample storage space for your clothing. The windows can be blacked out and are equipped with mosquito screens. Also on this floor, you’ll find the large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The smaller of the two holiday apartments, at 55 m², is accessible via the second entrance. It’s ideal for four people—such as children who want to live on their own or grandparents who value having their own space during holiday.
On the ground floor, the apartment features a small kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, and the living room. From there, a narrow staircase (with room for only one foot per step) leads to the upper floor. Please note: the staircase is very steep. The two bedrooms and a small bathroom are located on the ground floor.

Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden, which covers approximately 1,000 square metres. Each apartment has its own terrace with a grill and a parasol.
One dog is permitted in the large holiday apartment. The small holiday rental is rented exclusively without pets, as the entire apartment has carpeted floors.
Several cars can be parked in the courtyard. Part of the garage is available for storing your bicycles. The apartments can only be booked as a single unit, not separately. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
