Welcome to Maison Tamtam, a neighbourhood oasis that weds two of my passions: hospitality and percussion. Adorned with instruments I've acquired over my musical journey, this two bedroom / 3 bed apartment offers stylish amenities, an optimal location and the flexibility to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

The space
Located on the main floor of triplex, this fully renovated apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, with an additional office / bedroom to work or unwind in. Alternative, both the office and living room have sofa-beds that can be used to accommodate an additional 4 guests.

Guest access
The apartment is accessed by the front door and hallway which is also used by myself (I live upstairs) and additional guests in the apartment downstairs. Maison Tamtam guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and a balcony leading from the kitchen outside.

Other things to note
As a collector/buyer/seller of high-end percussion, I can arrange to bring Moperc congas and bongos, and handpans on-site for tryouts/sales. Most of the instruments and art on the walls is for sale. Feel free to enquire.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don’t worry about stripping the beds, but please collect and take out the garbage and recycling and place them in the large blue and black bins in the driveway just to the right of my building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
