Nice in town property.

The property was clearly built hundreds of years ago but was wonderfully updated and really fun to stay in. Loved the rooftop deck.

Fantastic stay!

This is a great property. It is perfectly located within a 3 to 4 minute walk to lots of restaurants and a little downtown area of Travira. The nice thing is it was very close to everything yet Tucktaway on a quiet street so you did not hear any of the noise from the bars and restaurants. The rooftop deck was great for cocktails, and the addition of a small refrigerator meant we didn’t have to go up and down the stairs to get more drinks. I The unit itself had everything we needed for our week stay. We would definitely rent this unit again on a return trip.

A Wonderful Place

The house was an absolute delight. It is perfectly located, beautiful presented and the owners had thought of every single detail to make our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Communication was also very prompt and a special mention to Emma who provided us with such a lovely welcome to the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return again soon.

Perfect gem in Tavira

This house was so much better than what we hoped for - and the pictures really doesn’t do it justice. It was close to everything in Tavira, had two lovely terraces, a FULLY equipped kitchen and Emma the agent and the wonderful couple who owns this house was very friendly throughout all our communication. Furthermore they were really flexible with our check out time, and because we had a late flight and there were no one staying in the house the same day, they let us stay till 5pm, which made it possible for us to enjoy almost one whole day more in Tavira. We were a bit hesitant to book the house due to the lack of air conditioning, but that was absolutely not a problem, as the house in general stayed cold despite the hot temperatures and that they made sure to put fans in all of our bedrooms. The only TINY downside with this house is that it is in a small street and you can easily hear even the slightest noise from example the neighbours (and their dogs) - and we were woken up some of the mornings to the sound of those. But in a way, it’s also quite cozy to hear that too. All in all if I’m going back to Tavira I’m definitely staying in this house again. Thank you for a great stay in Tavira and your WONDERFUL house.

Trivsamt, intressant miljö och en minnesvärd vistelse!!

Ingenting saknades! Den passade oss utmärkt- köket välutrustat - vardagsrummet bekvämt med utgång till uteplats. Bra sovrum med bekväma sängar och en takaltan som vi också uppskattade mycket. Dessutom trevliga värdar på plats.

Wunderschön

Großartiges Haus mit toller Atmosphäre. Der Eigentümerfamilie ist es gelungen, das Stadthaus geschmackvoll und authentisch einzurichten, ohne ein Folkloremuseum daraus zu machen. Man merkt überall, dass die Eignerfamilie es auch selber für längere Aufenthalte nutzt. Es ist nicht nur sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, sondern auch im Detail praktisch, durchdacht und in sehr gutem Zustand. Selbst Hobbyköche werden bei der mehr als komplett ausgestatteten Küche glücklich. Perfekt auch die Lage: Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders praktisch: der riesige Lidl etwa 8 Gehminuten oberhalb. sowie noch näher eine französische und eine portugiesische Bäckerei. Einziger Nachteil: Die Parksituation. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die meisten Parkplätze kostenpflichtig. Wir hatten allerdings oft Glück: In der Parallelstraße gibt es 4 kostenlose Parkplätze (ins Navi eingeben "R. dos Mouros 5".). Wenn wir wieder nach Tavira reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen, wieder das Haus Laluleva zu bekommen. Das Haus selbst wäre schon ein Grund, nach Tavira zu reisen!

Haus, Ort und Region sind uns ans Herz gewachsen

Die Sandalgarve von Faro bis zur Spanischen Grenze beeindruckt durch weitestgehend unverbauter Küste. Die herrlichen Strände und der maritime Naturschutzpark Ria Formosa laden zu wunderschönen Strandwanderungen ein. Wer Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit sucht, dem ist die Zeit vom Herbst bis zum Frühjahr zu empfehlen. Tavira ist dabei im Hinblick auf seine schöne Lage am Fluss - zwischen Bergen - Illha und Meer - ein städtisches Kleinod. Der Eindruck, in einer historischen mediteranen Kleinstadt zu leben, wird im maurischen Viertel im modern restaurierten Haus Laluleva "fühlbar". Herrlich der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf das unverfälschte Stadtbild mit zahlreichen Kirchen. Das Haus ist innen und außen außerordentlich gepflegt, gemütlich und zeitgemäß konfortabel. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Im kleinen Innenhof läßt sich angenehm relaxen und speisen. Die ruhige Lage, die besondere Atmosphäre, die Liebenswürdigkeit der Vermieter, Ort und Klima sind Ursache dafür, dass uns Tavira zum bevorzugten Urlaubsort geworden ist.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mitten in der Altstadt

Dass uns das sehr gepflegte Haus in dieser ruhigen Seitenstrasse mitten in der Altstadt wohl gut gefällt, sieht man unschwer am Umstand, dass wir nun schon zum neunten Mal unsere Ferien verbringen.

Wenn Tavira, dann immer wieder im Haus Laluleva!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in der sehr gepflegten Casa Laluleva in einer ruhigen Gasse mitten in Tavira. Stadtzentrum und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auch die heißen Tage auf der Dachterrasse mit Außendusche und Blick über Tavira zu verbringen. Angenehm und unkompliziert waren Kontaktaufnahme und Buchung mit den herzlichen Vermietern. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Casa Servicio war hervorragend. Frau und Herr S.-G.

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt inmitten der Altstadt

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Casa Luleva. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse im maurischen Viertel und das Zentrum von Tavira ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Möblierung und Ausstattung des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervor- zuheben ist dabei die Dachterasse, die einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt bietet. Sowohl der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern vor der Buchung und während des Aufenthaltes als auch die Betreuung durch die Agentur "Casa Servicio" waren sehr angenehm. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus der Fam Heitmüller im nächsten Jahr. Annette u. Dietmar M.

Pfingsten in Tavira 2016

Wir waren zu dritt mit einem Kleinkind (2,5 Jahre) im Laluleva und es war wunderbar. Schon der Vorkontakt sehr aufmerksam und das Haus ist so schön wie auf den Bildern sowie bestens eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind zuverlässig. Vielen Dank!

Vorfrühling in Tavira

Wir verbrachten Ende Februar/Anfang März einige Tage im Ferienhaus LaLuLeva. Das Haus im historischen Stil liegt zentrumsnah, mitten in einem authentischen portugiesischen Umfeld, dennoch ruhig! Alle Stadtspaziergänge bewältigten wir bequem zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof waren gut erreichbar. Trotz der noch frühen Zeit im Jahr konnten wir mittags in den Restaurants bei Sonnenschein draußen sitzen und unsere Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Dächer von Tavira nutzen. Die empfohlenen Restaurants waren alle gut und preiswert. Den stets fangfrischen Fisch und die Schalentiere haben wir genossen! Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allen nur erdenklichen und liebevoll ausgesuchten Details. So gab es eine Reihe Bücher über diese Gegend und sogar neue Wanderkarten für die nahe gelegene Serra. Das vielteilige Essgeschirr aus wunderschöner portugiesischer Keramik!

Superb Tavira Property.

Bravo Famille Heitmuller! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your lovely home in beautiful Tavira. In all respects you have an impeccable place and one of the finest we have stayed in all our years of independent travel. This was our first trip to Portugal and Tavira was indeed a very pleasant surprise. It has managed to maintain its old world charm, and a great balance of serenity and a nice pace of life in a time when so many place are being overrun by hyper tourism. Not Tavira, thank God. Casa Laluleva is in a great neighbourhood and the locals are very warm and friendly. Great restaurants, food and wine. Just follow your nose. I would unconditionally recommend your Tavira home to anyone considering a visit to Portugal. And finally I would like to thank you for your attentiveness in calling us early in our stay to ensure that all was well.You are the perfect host. Again many thanks for a wonderful time. Traumhaft schön

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien im Hause LALULEVA verbracht. Es liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig - etwas erhöht, so dass man von der Dachterrasse einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt hat. Die Eigentümer haben ihr Haus sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie selber einige Wochen im Jahr dort verbringen, denn alle Räume sind perfekt ausgestattet - selbstverständlich auch die Küche! Sie haben uns sehr nett betreut und auch die Agentur vor Ort hat uns z.B. mit der Vermittlung eines Mietwagens bestens geholfen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

Perfekte Altstadtunterkunft

sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage in der Altstadt von Tavira. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, alles blitz-sauber und gepflegt. Fußentfernung in die Innenstadt, alle Küchengeräte etc. vorhanden und gut in Schuss. Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Laluleva - mon amour...

Die Vorbereitung: sehr persönlich, ausführlich, informativ. Betreuung vor Ort: perfekt. Das Haus: individuell, originell, sehr geschmackvoll, zum Wohlfühlen. Tavira: sehr schöner Ort, gute Restaurants und Cafés, wenig Tourismus. Umgebung: reizvoll, ursprünglich, Traumstrände.

Traumhaftes Algarvehighlight

Das war unser zweiter Urlaub in Tavira - wieder hat uns der Vermieter fürsorglich betreut und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Agentur vor Ort war für uns da und organisierte auch den Mietwagen zuverlässig. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr authentisch eingerichtet in einem kleinen Altstadtgässchen gelegen. Insgesamt blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die Sauberkeit trugen zu unserem perfekten Urlaub ebenso bei wie die tolle Umgebung und die vielen Möglichkeiten, die man von Tavira aus hat.
