Our names are Eric and Melissa. We love traveling to St. Augustine, a city that has come to mean so much to our family. We cherish the easy access to the beach, where you can either walk straight onto the sand or drive right on with a 4x4 vehicle. The local scenery and restaurants are some of our favorite things, along with the city’s family-friendly atmosphere, traditions like Nights of Lights, live local music, and the welcoming community that makes St. Augustine feel like home.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with wonderful neighbors. Our kids enjoy the child friendly atmosphere with an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Easily walking to the beach where you can also drive on with a 4x4 vehicle or you can easily drive about .25 miles to where there is free parking. We enjoy walking down to the beach in the mornings for the beautiful St. Augustine sunrises.
What makes this property unique
Privacy was key for us. The fenced in back yard for the BBQ or the hot tub make our place comfortable. Or sitting in the Florida room watching our favorite movies or enjoying the TV show makes our property unique. We are also dog lovers and enjoy bringing our 2 Irish Wolfhounds with us when we are in town.
