Cosy, renovated house with a garden, located 500 metres from a beautiful sandy beach in a small, quiet resort town.

Our private holiday home is ideal for spending a quiet, relaxing holiday with the family. A sandy beach suitable even for small children is just a 10-minute walk away. It’s so spacious that you can find a quiet spot even during peak season, and a small pine forest right on the beach provides enough shade to spend even the hottest hours of the day there.

The house is suitable for couples or families with 2–3 children; it has 3 bedrooms (a “master bedroom” with a 1.60-meter-wide bed, a children’s room with a 1.40-meter-wide bed, and a small room with a single bed), a living/dining room with a dining table and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, and a bathroom with a shower. The garden features an outdoor shower and a washing machine.
All windows and doors are high-quality, close perfectly, and are fitted with fly screens. The master bedroom and now also the living area are equipped with air conditioning. When the windows are closed and the doors inside the house are open, the air conditioner in the living room cools the entire living area.

The house is built on one level, and all rooms have doors leading to the verandas that surround the house on three sides. Meals are usually eaten on the large covered veranda in front of the kitchen. The garden is home to many different trees, such as olive, fig, apricot, juniper, and mulberry trees, so you’ll always find a shady spot to relax, read, or simply enjoy the day.
You can park your car safely in the paved courtyard.

The beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach of San Giovanni, which has been awarded the highest “5 vele” rating, is a 10-minute walk away. There are many shady spots under the pine trees; the beach is unspoiled and long enough that you can find a quiet spot even during peak season. A small beach bar invites you to enjoy a cold beer or an aperitivo, and at Pizzeria Tartaruga, you can dine right on the beach.

San Giovanni is a small, quiet resort with just one hotel; otherwise, many Sardinian families from the island’s interior have holiday homes there. There’s a small shop that’s open during peak season, an ice cream parlour, two bars, and two pizzerias. Larger supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars can be found in La Caletta, just 1.5 km away. There’s also a harbour there where you can rent boats or take day trips by boat.

San Giovanni is an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions, as the “Superstrada” (the only highway that crosses Sardinia from north to south) is just a few kilometres away.
