About this property

New and comfortable vacation apartment (40 m²) in a quiet location for up to 2 people

The new, cosy holiday rental (approx. 40 square metres) is suitable for two people and is located in a quiet area. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave (with grill function), stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, and silverware, as well as cups and glasses. Satellite TV, large LED flat-screen TV. Our living area is divided into a cosy lounge and TV corner (LED flat-screen) and the dining area. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and relax on the lawn in the afternoon with a good book while soaking up the sun! The outdoor area consists of a small terrace with a table and seating; a portion of the garden is also available for use. Bedding, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are included in the total price at no extra charge. A prepayment of 20% of the total price is due upon booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement over the phone. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
