Clean and cosy place in a great location! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, good showers, plenty of room and nice furniture.Docked one star because:- has no central heating, whole house was cold when we arrived and took a day to warm up- check out instructions are a bit excessive- I was woken up by a bat and had to chase it out of the house!

Holly Molly thanks for chasing out the bat that’s a first. Sorry about the cabin being cold usually we have a standing electric heater on but sometimes the power goes out and turns it off.
Thanks for staying with us.
Elk run!
Perfect base location to explore Mount Rainier! The cabin is very charming and spacious. Our kids loved the little attic bedroom at the top. We had to contact the host once to sort out a little problem and the host responded almost immediately. Highly recommended for families!
Well maintained property perfect for a solo escape into the woods.

Great location and roomy cottage. A few things weren’t working like the tv and the washer. The coffee maker could use an upgrade as it did not keep brewed coffee warm. The bathrooms and beds were clean but there were lots of dust and spiderwebs. Some lights and space heaters were also not working.

Thanks for your feed back! New coffee maker and heaters. Cleaners were notified! Tks for staying.
We love staying at this sweet little a-frame. Perfect location for trips into Rainier NP in the summer and Crystal Mountain in the winter. Highly recommend.
Older property but clean. Quiet neighborhood and close to Mount Rainier's Sunrise area. Lots of beds compared to the size, great place if just looking for lodging to sleep.
Bigger than expected, clean, comfy Aframe cabin close to Crystal. Could use some TLC and updating but location less than 30min to the ski hill was great.
Our family had a wonderful time, hiking along the river, skiing at Crystal and relaxing around the table enjoying meals and playing games. Perfect. We hope to return.

Great space and close to crystal
The location was perfect in a small neighborhood with an easy drive to crystal. 3 good bedrooms and there were two lofts where more people could have slept. Would have been nice to know the washer wasn’t working and also the wifi does not work. Would stay there again if those were fixed.
We had a great weekend up at Crystal during the day and cozying up at Wayne’s place in the evenings. It was clean, comfy and room for everyone! This place would be great for any winter or summer mountain activities!
The house was great overall
It was really hot when we arrived, and it took until morning to cool it off even with all the windows open
We were unable to use the loft bed due to it being so warm up there
Some fans would be nice in the rooms
Otherwise, it was great- great location and it had the rooms and space that we needed for my 4 kids and I
Cozy little cabin
Ied recommend keeping it under 8 and if you do youll stay comfy and satisfied. Your under 40 mins away from everything youed care about and theres a nearby general store that has anything on short notice. The one thing i would love is some kind of covering for the front porch. We had a solution but being Washington' it rained the whole time so if we didnt have a cover our selfs we would have been limited with our outside access. Over all its perfect for the size location and price
