Welcome to your ideally located Cape Cod getaway! Nestled on a quiet, private dead-end lane in the highly sought-after Campgrounds neighborhood, our beautifully appointed vacation home is just a 3-minute stroll to the warm waters of Nantucket Sound beaches as well as the vibrant village of Harwich Port for restaurants, pubs, boutiques, ice cream, pizza, CVS, coffee, Post Office and more. Golf, tennis, high-speed ferry to Nantucket, batting cages, bumper boats and go carts less than a mile away.

Graciously appointed w/all the comforts of home; perfect spot for your family & friends of 8 (+infant) or fewer. Immaculately clean & fresh upon your arrival. Our custom-built home has central AC, WiFi, chef’s delight kitchen and delightful patio to grill & unwind after a day at the beach. Total turn-key rental includes all bed linens/bath/beach towels (or rent/bring your own), beach chairs, beach buggy & umbrellas.

Primary BR: king bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom; Back BR: 2 twin beds, full size crib; Front BR: full bed, twin bed; shared full bathroom w/tub-shower. Lower level BR/study with desk for those WFH moments; Pottery Barn Queen sleeper sofa.

If you love to cook you’ll be right at home; but if not, walk to fabulous dining & take out options. Kitchen has updated SS appliances, granite, pantries and if needed, a highchair. Breakfast bar seats 4 & Pottery Barn dining table seats 6. Well stocked w/cooking, baking tools & spices sure to pamper any chef. Gas cooktop & oven, microwave, blender, toaster oven, auto-drip coffee maker & Keurig, coffee bean grinder, platters, trays, salad spinner, lobster pot/forks/crackers, wine glasses & bucket, quality knives and other gourmet accouterments. The kitchen bookcase offers a great selection of cookbooks, Cape vacation guides, & helpful Renters Guide w/info on our home, area history, attractions, ferry schedules & restaurant menus.

The comfortable Family Room centers around the fireplace and Flat Screen HDTV. Lounge on one of the 2 Pottery Barn sofas or relax in the reading nook on the big comfy chair w/ottoman. Here you'll find a nicely stocked bookcase with games and books.

Outdoor amenities.... bluestone patio with family size Weber gas grill, teak dining table/chairs/umbrella, Adirondack chairs, a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with private back door entry and an in-ground lawn irrigation system.

The garden shed stores beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach buggy for ease of carting all your beach gear.

Highly walkable and super convenient location-Harwichport beaches & the bustling village of Harwichport-> all a mere 2-3 minute stroll: homemade ice cream, pubs, pizza, highly rated restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, Post Office, galleries, book store, banks, gift shops, liquor store, hardware, auto body shop, gas & convenience store. Within a mile: grocery store, Harwichport public golf, trampolines, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, mini-golf, Cape rail-trail bike path, Harwich Mariners baseball, Allen & Saquatucket Harbors, & Freedom Cruise Line high-speed ferry to Nantucket.

Off street parking for 2 vehicles; we are a smoke free & pet free home.

To ease you into vacation mode, we provide a starter supply of paper & soap products.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental, one week minimum from mid-June to mid-September. Three night minimum otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home! The house was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. This house is cozy, well-appointed, nicely decorated and super accommodating to visitors. There is plenty of room to relax in comfortable surroundings. Everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home is easily accessible. Marilyn, the homeowner, is friendly and very helpful. She was easy to reach if I had any questions. A great place to live while you explore the Cape.

Our family visited Cape Cod for the first time and stayed at seven Essex. It was a perfect location for our crew. Easy walk to downtown or the beach. Something for everyone house was in great condition and was wonderfully stocked. Owners were very helpful.

This is the second year in a row we have rented this house. We love the location, as it's walkable to the beach and to town. The house is very clean and well equipped. Since we flew in and can't bring beach gear, it's nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to use.

Our family had been to Harwich Port three times over the last fifteen or so years, and could never find a house in a location that was both walkable to the beach and to town. But now we have! This house is awesome - very clean, beautifully decorated (no kitsch anywhere) with a finished basement, very cute patio and outdoor shower. It is SO CLOSE to the town beach. It was an easy walk for our littlest kids (who are 6). Also really nice that it's on a dead-end street. It's very quiet! Lots of other families staying in the neighborhood, too. Harwich Port is a great little town, with shops, cafes, restaurants and a cute bookstore. I would definitely recommend Marilyn's house!
