Modern, fully furnished vacation apartment (60 m²) with an indoor pool and sauna

The "Terra" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our house and features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining area and a couch, a separate kitchen with a brand-new built-in kitchen set including a dishwasher, a new, modern bathroom with a step-free, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and a large terrace (facing southwest) with a view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. From early May through late October, our guests have access to our on-site indoor pool (included in the price) and the sauna (included once per week when booking a 1/1-week stay), as well as a large sunbathing area with lounge chairs in our relaxation garden. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5 euros per day per pet). For anyone who enjoys swimming on holiday: We offer two beautiful holiday apartments and, from early May through late October, an on-site indoor pool with a sauna. Villa Relax enjoys a sunny south-facing slope, quietly situated on a cul-de-sac, about a 7-minute walk from the village. Our 60-square-meter "Terra" holiday apartment is suitable for two to three people and features a large terrace (southwest-facing) on the ground floor of our house. The modern bathroom features a walk-in, step-free shower. The “Balkonia” holiday apartment, measuring 65 square metres, is suitable for two to four people. It is located on the ground floor and features a large balcony (facing southeast). The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub. Both apartments are modernly furnished and feature satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Both holiday apartments have been fully equipped with new built-in kitchens that include a dishwasher and are well-stocked. We also offer: the aktivCARD Bayerischer Wald, the Guti-Ticket with the guest card, free parking spaces right next to the building, as well as covered motorcycle parking spaces, and a safe in every apartment. From early May through late October: Indoor pool, sauna, relaxation garden with lounge chairs and a large sunbathing area, table tennis, and a small children’s playground. Pets allowed upon request; fees are charged on-site. Breakfast and/or dinner at the neighbouring guesthouse are available upon request (these are billed separately on-site). Information stand with brochures, information board. Sustainable holiday at Villa Relax: Offering our guests an eco-friendly holiday is very important to us. That’s why we’re committed to running Villa Relax in a sustainable manner. Examples: We operate our central heating system exclusively with wood pellets from the Bavarian Forest; we heat the swimming pool and domestic hot water with a large solar system; we irrigate the large garden using a rainwater harvesting system; we purchase electricity exclusively from providers offering green energy; we consistently sort our waste into recyclable materials, and the drinks we offer are available only in returnable bottles. By spending your holiday at Villa Relax, you are actively contributing to environmental protection. No advance payment is required. The total payment is due upon arrival on-site in cash. Card payments are not accepted. Check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or, in exceptional cases, via a key box. You will receive the code for this during your prior consultation. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed by arrangement, for a fee of 5.00 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR for adults and 1.80 EUR for children ages 6 to 16 per person per night will be charged on-site.
