Primary Bedroom 2 – Basement Queen
Designed with comfort in mind, this bedroom offers generous space, quality bedding, and a calm atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Located conveniently near shared living areas without sacrificing privacy w/attached bathroom.

Primary Bedroom 3 – Basement King
Perfect for families or multiple guests, this bedroom accommodates several sleepers comfortably up to 4 plus a baby, while still providing plenty of room to move around and relax.

Primary Bedroom 4 – Loft Queen
Set away from the busiest parts of the house, this bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer a quieter environment. Comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished w/attached bathroom.

Primary Bedroom 5 – Bunk Room
Another large, comfortable bedroom designed to easily accommodate multiple guests up to 9 people. Like the rest of the home, this space prioritizes comfort and functionality, ideal place for the children to unwind with their own TV.

Additional Sleeping Areas:
Beyond the 5 primary bedrooms, the home includes additional sleeping areas designed specifically to support large groups, making it easy to host extended families, friends, or multiple households under one roof.

Loft-allows for up to 4 additional sleepers on the futon on pull out couch.

Main floor living room-Need extra sleeping space? No problem at all. The oversized sectional in the main living room was chosen with comfort in mind and easily accommodates additional sleepers. With plenty of room to stretch out, cozy blankets, and nearby bathrooms, this space works great for teens, kids, or adults who don’t mind crashing in the heart of the action.

Basement Couch-Prefer a cooler, quieter, more private space? The basement sectional offers a comfortable sleeping option and easily accommodates up to 2 additional guests. This area is ideal for guests who want a little separation from the main living spaces while still enjoying a relaxed, shared environment.

Additional- 2 blow up mattresses are available for your use, choose a place to set up and crash.
