Experience your dream vacation in Kaprun in our EVI APARTMENTS - Louise and benefit from the best price directly with the owner.The apartments EVI are nestled in the heart of the Salzburger Land and offer a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain scenery of Kaprun! We guarantee every day action at the foot of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. The highlight: The calm location at the outskirts of Kaprun. Nevertheless our guests are able to reach the best restaurants and bars within a couple of walking minutes. We accommodate up to 4 guests. Therefore we divided the flat into a sleeping and living room. Further we installed two modern bathrooms with walk in showers. We do also provide a public washing machine and an iron/board on request. You will find your parking spot right in front of the house and enjoy free WIFI throughout the entire flat. There is also a fountain with the finest Kaprun spring water and a grotto with a refreshing tropical shower in this oasis.The living room comes with a fully equipped kitchen: Micro wave, fridge- freezer and a dish washer, for all those who do not want to wash up the dishes by hand. As a matter of course we equipped the kitchen with coffee machine, water boiler and toaster for a perfect start into your day. You will find everything you need to spoil your beloved ones with the most delicious holiday dinners. For all who would like to spend their evenings outside, we installed a small barbecue spot. The area: The center of Kaprun is only a short walk away. If you want to rest your tired legs after an active day, you can choose the next bus station “Jugendherberge” (150 meters). The free public bus will drop you at the next cable car station Maiskogel, where you can enter the brand new K-onnection going up to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. If you want to enjoy Zell am See, you should stay a few more stops on the bus, before you dive into the crystal clear water of lake Zell. The international Airports Salzburg and Munich can be reached by car and public transport.

Lovely wintersport in a fine apartment

Above expectation when we entered the apartment. Modern, well-maintained, clean. Comfortable beds and a small kitchen with everything to prep a simple dinner. The two bathrooms were very pleasant! Near the bus station to both the Maiskogelbahn and the Kiststeinhorn. A bit noisy, due to other residents who walked through the apartment very early with their ski boots... Although there is a good dry room for boots and skis. The shower wasn't always steady and warm.

Saubere Unterkunft mit Küche, eigentlich alles da, was eine Küche braucht, 2 Bäder, nur zwei Bus-Stationen bis zur Maiskogelbahn, Busstation fast vor der Tür, problemloses Einchecken über Code, großer Balkon, sehr ruhig, kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Küche hat zwar keinen Ofen, aber eine Mikrowellenfunktion um Brötchen aufzubacken. Leider sind in der Unterkunft keinerlei Informationen zu finden, wie man die Mikrowelle dafür einstellen muss. Das wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wir haben die Brötchen dann mit der Grillfunktion vom Toaster „aufgebacken“. Ging auch.

Fantastic stay

Lovely place, very nicely refurbished. All the amenities for cooking and spending a nice few days in Kaprun. The hosts are super friendly and quick to respond. The late check-in procedure was painless and quick(lockbox at office). The internet is very fast too (60 mbps down 20 up) which was perfect for taking a few meetings or watching some shows in the evening. Highly recommended will come again next time we are in Kaprun!
