Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy absolute tranquility and beautiful panoramic views of Kaprun and the surrounding area from the spacious all-round balconies.

- **Kaum Stauraum:** In keinem Zimmer Kleiderschrank, Kommode oder ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten\. Auch im Bad kein Badunterschrank\. Kleidung und Kosmetik mussten den gesamten Urlaub im Koffer bzw\. in der Kulturtasche bleiben – obwohl ausreichend Platz für Schränke vorhanden wäre\.- **Sehr schlechte Beleuchtung:** Sämtliche Deckenlampen sind extrem dunkel\. Auf der oberen Etage lässt sich das Flurlicht an keinem Schalter einschalten\. Nachts musste man beim Gang nach unten mit der Handytaschenlampe gehen\.- **Kaffeemaschine:** Nur ca\. 0,5 Liter Fassungsvermögen und benötigt rund 45 Minuten für eine volle Kanne\.- **Staubsauger:** Saugt praktisch nicht und sollte dringend ersetzt werden\.- **Möbel stark abgenutzt:** Küchenmöbel und Esstisch wirken alt, abgenutzt und teilweise klebrig\. Eine Aufarbeitung des Esstisches wäre dringend nötig\.- **Sitzmöbel:** Sitzbank und Couch mit deutlichen Flecken\. Die kleinen Tische vor der Couch sollten ebenfalls ausgetauscht werden\.- **Küchenausstattung:** Töpfe und Kochgeschirr für vier, geschweige denn fünf Personen völlig unzureichend\. Auch bei der sonstigen Grundausstattung fehlt es an vielen Dingen\.- **WC:** Wirkt wie aus den 1980er\-Jahren und verbreitet einen unangenehmen Geruch\.- **Positiv:** Das zweite Badezimmer mit Dusche war in Ordnung\.- **Fazit:** Insgesamt enttäuschender Zustand und deutlicher Investitions\- und Verbesserungsbedarf\. Die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen können wir daher nicht nachvollziehe
