Beachfront Holiday Home “Sa Marina” with Sea View, Terraces, Garden

At the outskirts of Alcúdia, a coastal town in Mallorca, the charming holiday home “Sa Marina” impresses guests with its excellent location right in front of the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with one double bed each, one with 2 single beds), as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. It also offers a spacious garden with big trees and plants where you can relax under the shade on one of the sun loungers after taking a dip in the sea. There are also two furnished terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start the day with a warm cup of coffee or a nice breakfast with views over the sea. Due to its excellent location, the Platja Can Cap de Bou beach is right in front of the apartment and you can access it directly from the garden. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the centre of Alcúdia (5 minutes driving, 2km). Behind the house you will find the natural reserve S’Albufereta, where you can discover the flora and fauna from the region.
