No smoking inside (outdoors only, away from buildings).

No parties/events; quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to respect neighbors and wildlife.
No pets (horses welcome with advance notice).

Max occupancy: 12 in main cabin (20 total with bunkhouse)—exceeding may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for damages; a security deposit may be required.

Please leave the property as found; excessive cleaning fees may be applied.

No illegal activities or fireworks.

Respect the environment: use the fire pit responsibly (check local bans). This cabin is located in a true wilderness setting. You may see mice, squirrels, deer, elk, or
moose. Please do not be alarmed — this is part of the mountain experience. Store food
properly, never feed wildlife, and keep children supervised outdoors.
