Godewind Holiday Rental - Timmendorfer Strand

The Godewind holiday rental is located in the former Démory spa hotel; this historic beach villa was built in the Art Nouveau style and exudes a very special charm. Its proximity to the beach is particularly appealing. If you’re ready for a dip in the Baltic Sea in the morning, all you have to do is cross the beach avenue and the promenade. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 60 metres away. The town centre of Timmendorfer Strand is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Dog-Friendly

Of course, you shouldn’t have to leave your faithful four-legged friend behind while on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade is perfect for long walks with your dog. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf, and Scharbeutz/Haffkrug all have lovely dog-friendly beaches where your dog can run around to its heart’s content.

Accommodation

The holiday apartment, located on the ground floor, accommodates up to four guests. The light-filled living area is cleverly laid out: the large couch area is perfect for relaxing together, and the sofa in the separate section can be converted into a sleeping area in no time at all. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, no culinary dreams go unfulfilled, and you can serve your own culinary creations at the small dining area for four people. The large bedroom features a cosy 1.80 m-wide bed and a spacious closet. From here, you can catch your first glimpse of the Baltic Sea first thing in the morning or watch the hustle and bustle on the beach promenade from the cosy sitting area. Like the kitchen, the bathroom was completely modernised in 2020. The washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry room make for the perfect family holiday on the Baltic Sea!

Entertainment

A flat-screen TV with cable provides evening entertainment. Wi-Fi access is also part of the entertainment package.
