About this property

This elegant holiday villa stands out for its special and excellent location. Located directly on the lake in a small residential area, at the foot of the mountain "Sant Marti" and also in the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia, just 1 km from the sandy beach.

The garden offers guests a private pool of 7m x 3.5m with salt water and comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun of Mallorca surrounded by extensive green areas. After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the covered terrace in the living room made of high-quality polyrattan. There is a barbecue in the outdoor covered area and a ping-pong table that you can enjoy with your family and/or friends.

The house is distributed over two floors and has space for 8 people distributed in four rooms. Three of them have a double bed and the other two single beds. On the main floor there is a bathroom with a shower and on the first floor two more bathrooms with a shower as well.

The house shows a careful style with high-quality and elegant furniture. In the entrance area, a wide staircase first leads to a gallery and then to three of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, from the entrance to the right, one reaches the fourth bedroom with a door leading to the garden and has an en-suite bathroom with a modern flush shower. On the left side of the entrance is the sophisticated and functional living-dining room with Smart TV and wifi. Solid wood furniture and the glass table are complemented by high-quality upholstered furniture. Plenty of light enters the rooms with marble floors, whose walls are decorated with stucco mouldings. A spacious separate kitchen completes the excellent furnishings. The entire accommodation has air conditioning.

The house is located near the Hidropark, a water park, which will offer fun for adults and children.

A very nice house with a nice salt water pool

The house was very nice and clean. Good to have the air condition during our stay since the weather was quite hot. The pool and terrace was also nice places to stay. The house is situated in a quiet place with very little noise. The kitchen could be better equipped.

Family vacation

It was fabulous The host was super friendly and met us at the property. Everything on the doorstep from bar’s restaurant and only a 10 minutes to the beach. Everything for a family to make precious memories. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come back 😊

A great stay in a great villa and location!

This villa was perfect! We were a family of 5 + grandparents. The owner was very accommodating providing a cot and highchair for our baby. The house has shaded areas to sit in the day and the pool was great to keep the kids entertained. There were plenty of shops and restaurants etc within walking distance and the port was just a short taxi ride away. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well kitted out with utensils etc. We would like to return and would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a family holiday, 6 adults and a small child. The villa is beautiful. Better than the photographs! It is private in a quiet street not heavy with passing traffic and away from the main buzz of the clubs and bars. The beach is a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large and spacious, plenty of space for everyone. The pool is fantastic for the children, it’s safe and private. It was a joy to stay here and we would certainly love to return agajn

Family one week stay with two small children

Very nice outdoor pool area Would be nice with a table for 8 people outside when it is a house for 8 people. Would also be nice with additional railing on the stairs to ensure that little children cannot fall down.
