Beste Lage

Toller Blick vom Balkon, morgens Sonne, schöner sauberer Pool, immer wieder gerne Schneidemesser und bessere Töpfe haben uns gefehlt, da wir sehr viel selbst gekocht haben. Aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Ordentlich ausgestattetes Apartment

Apartment in einem in dir Jahre gekommenen Gebäude in gutem Pflegezustand. Super Lage nahe an den 3 Stränden und nur 10 Minuten in die lebendige Altstadt mit vielen Restaurantoptionen. Einen Leihwagen vom Vermieter mit Garagenplatz ist zu empfehlen. Das großzügige Apartment lag im 5 Stock. Trotzdem hörte man die Brandung und zu gewissen Tageszeiten etwas Straßenverkehr. Nachts war es immer ruhig. Summasumarum eine gute Wahl für Gäste, die eine gute Unterbringung in Altstadtnähe und tolle Bademöglichkeiten suchen. Für Kinder m. E. nicht optimal. Thomas ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Diese Anlage ist in 2 Blöcke eingeteilt. Playa 1 und 2. Wir waren in Bahia Playa 2 im Apartment 1007. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine sehr saubere Poolanlage. Der Hauptpool ist tief und lädt auch aufgrund seiner Größe zum Schwimmen ein. Das Playa 2 ist schätzungsweise der etwas neuere Block und ist die linke Einheit wenn man in Richtung Meer schaut. Ich kann hier generell nur eine Bewertung zu unserem Apartment schreiben, da alle ja etwas individuell ausgestattet sind. Unser Apartment lag auf der zum Loro Park zugewandten Seite, obwohl wir eigentlich ein Apartment Pool seitig gebucht hatten. Wir wurden aber im Vorfeld gefragt, ob dies ok sei. Grundsätzlich ist dies sicher die schönere Seite, da man von dort aus einen schönen Blick zum Teide und auf das Meer hat. Zusätzlich schaut man auf eine Bananenplantage. Nachteilig wäre nur die Straße zu erwähnen, die aber nicht wirklich stört. Allerdings gab es auf dieser Seite 4-5 Hähne, die ab 3:30 Uhr in der Nacht für ein dauerhaftes Geschrei bis zur Mittagsstunde gesorgt haben. dies war extrem nervig, vor allem bei offenen Terassentüren. Da sollte man Ohropax dabei haben. Das Apartment ist schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil älter, aber dafür ist fast alles da, was man brauchen kann, incl. einer Waschmaschine, Gefriertruhe, Microwelle, Flachbild TV und einem schnellen WLan. Dazu kommt eine sehr große Terrasse, mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie einer Markise. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Geschirr, sowie Besteck und mehr als ausreichend Handtüchern sind allerdings kunterbunt zusammengewürfelt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist bequem, lediglich die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Sie sind anscheinend nicht alt, aber mehr als 30€ dürften sie nicht gekostet haben. Wir haben sie scherzhaft als Hämorrhoidenschaukeln bezeichnet. Zu dieser Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Fazit: Plus: Lage, Ausstattung, Größe, Pflegezustand, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Terasse Negativ: Matratzen, krähende Hähne

Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement hat in Größe und Ausstattung unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Auch das Begrüssungspräsent war eine tolle Überraschung. Es hat uns während der gesamten Zeit an nichts gefehlt. Danke nochmals an Thomas, unserem sehr netten Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
