Our apartment "Vista Atlantico" is located in a well maintained apartment house and is located on the edge of a beautiful tropical garden with a large year-round heated pool. The pool area is equipped with free sun loungers and parasols. Our apartments are located on the third floor of this well maintained house, overlooking the city of Puerto de la Cruz, the Atlantic Ocean, Taoro Park and Orotava Valley. Elevators are available. The apartment has a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with German. and international TV, two bedrooms of which one is furnished with a double bed 180x200cm and one with two single beds 90x200 as well as two bedside tables and a wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen in American style with dining area and a very nice bathroom with massage shower, sink, toilet and washing machine complete the beautiful apartment. On the two tropical landscaped terraces you will find sun loungers and a table with chairs. The apartment has free Wi-Fi (WIFI). There is a lobby with comfortable leather furniture. The house is under German-speaking property management.

Very difficult as it was the year of COVID-19 not much open wear mask all the time but nobody’s fault weather wasn’t normal either.but the apartments were beautiful good views of the balconies brilliant gym and pool,but all in all really enjoyed my stay when I mentioned weather I was there Xmas new year thank you Petra& Joachim

Tolle Lage und gut organisiert

Sehr angenehm. Der Eigentümer wohnt im Haus, das mehrheitlich von Deutschen bewohnt ist. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, ist immer jemand da. Toller Pool, gute Lage, alles ordentlich bis zur Hausorganisation und man kann hier schönen Urlaub machen. Ruhige Umgebung und ein kurzer Weg zur City durch den Taoro-Park.

A room with a view!!

Just got back from a 2 week stay in this apartment and we miss it already. From almost all areas of the property you could literally see for miles, but of course the views from the two very spacious terraces were magnificent. We spent many an hour of our holiday enyoying the local food and wine and staring out over the town, sea and the mountains. We were 3 people sharing the apartment and were very grateful for the two ample sized bedrooms. The kitchen area was rather small, but again ample for our needs and the fridge/freezer was massive compared to the size that we are used to from other holiday rentals. Equipmentwise, the apartment was loaded with everything you could need. We were a bit concerned about possible parking problems but we never had to park more than 200 meters from the apartment. The large heated swimming pool was also a bonus, but as the weather was sunny and warm for the duration of our stay, we usually walked through the park down to the town and went swimming in the sea and then ate at one of the many restaurants in town. It was a bit of a climb back up the hill to the apartment but we normally walked up the steps through the park without getting too out of breath. Otherwise it would have just been a 5-minute taxi-ride. We will definitely be back!!

Geschmakvoll und sehr durchdachtes Appartement,alle Möbel neu,toll eingerichtete Küche,gräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche,sogar eine Waschmaschine ist dort und Betten in denen man wie im Traumland schläft. Der Fernseher hat alle deutschen Programme ist leicht zu bedienen.Der Balkon (Windeschützt duch glaswand zum Meer und mit Markise lädt jeden Morgen zum Frühstücken ein ,auf den vorhandenen Liegen läst sich die Sonne genießen,mit dem Aufzug direkt runter zum toll berheizten Pool mit vielen Strandliegen.nach einem schönen Spaziergang durch einen Park gelangt man in ca 10-15 min die malerische Altstadt Puerto de la Crus.wem der Aufstieg zu beschwerlich ist, nimmt sich eine der vielen Taxis die zu traumhaft günstigen Preisen ein zurückbringt obwohl man auch gut zu Fuß wieder hochkommt!! Puerto de la Crus ist eine der schönsten Städte von Teneriffa,, lädt Abends zum bummeln ein in den viele Gassen un Plätzen Dort hats auch Supermärkte,zur nahversorgung hat es einen kleinen Laden vor dem Appartement Haus und einen Zeitschriften Laden mit Deutschen Zeitungen man kann es schwer beschreiben ,wie schön es in den Appartements von Jochen und Petra Fleischmann ist und vor allem sie kümmern sich auch um einen,geben Ausflugstipps,empfehlen gute Restaurants,sind immer behilflich ,da ist man in guten Händen Wir kommern auf jeden Fall wieder wie schon die letzten Jahre!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung- wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Puerto. Selten eine so perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen - die Küche lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Gerne denken wir an die Frühstücke auf dem sonnigen Balkon zurück - herrlicher Blick in das Orotavatal. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Übergabe dich Familie Fleischmann- nochmals vielen Dank!

Phantastische Aussicht und nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen über der Stadt, wunderbarer Blick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Sie ist mit allem liebevoll eingerichtet was man braucht um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Pool ist ganzjährig beheizt, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen gleich vor der Haustür. Unser Vermieter Herr Fleischmann ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Traum Ferienwohnung

Die modern und doch gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und bietet einen Wahnsinns Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Man sitzt beim Frühstück und vergisst das Essen. Die Wohnung bietet mit zwei Schlafzimmern mehr als genug Platz für vier Personen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
