Our cozy chalet with fireplace for 2 - 8 people offers all the comforts for your perfect holiday in the mountains and is located above Kaltenbach about 5 minutes from the valley station of the high Zillertal Railway. The house is furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style and exudes such a very special cozy atmosphere. The house has 4 bedrooms, a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and invites you to cook and enjoy. Also featured are a large fireplace and a dining area in the kitchen. On the lower level there is a sauna that provides after a hard day of skiing for the necessary relaxation. This allows you to share your holiday photos with your friends the same is available throughout the house free Wi-Fi.

Das Haus ist geräumig, in guter Lage, top ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Einzig ein größeres Sofa und vielleicht eine dritte Toilette bei voller Belegung wären wünschenswert. Ansonsten ein idealer Ort für einen schönen Urlaub.

the house is very pleasant and well equipped. The location is OK but not ideal for summer hiking- we had to go 30 km or more by car to Ginzling to find really nice hiking trails, it is also not easy to go for a walk just from the spot. You can hear some distant nouse from the busy road in the middle of the valley on the terrace.

Beautiful Blend of Old and Modern

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay in this Tyrolian chalet. The home was well-stocked with amenities. The patio was a lovely place to sit, visit and enjoy our meals. The weather was extremely warm when we were there, but the evenings were comfortable. The property managers were gems. The only thing we noticed is that the description says 4, king beds, but 2 of them are actually double-beds, maybe 1 queen. So half our party had less room. Still didn’t take away from the charm of the home, overall. We are glad to have stayed here.

Tolles Haus für zwei Familien

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern eine fantastische Woche Skiurlaub im Chalet Katharina verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die Sauna ist super, es gibt eine Garage zur Lagerung der Ausrüstung. Der Ausblick über das Tal ist herrlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Es war alles genau wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Etwas schade war jedoch, dass es keine bequeme Sitzlounge mit einem Sofa o.ä. gibt. Große Pluspunkte hingegen sind die hauseigene Sauna und und die geniale Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Sowohl die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin als auch der Check in/ Check out liefen reibungslos. Wir waren zum Ski/Snowboard fahren dort und fanden es super angenehm jeden Morgen ganz entspannt mit dem Skibus (der nicht weit von der Unterkunft abfährt) zum Lift zu gelangen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Wundervolle Bergwelt und eine tolle Unterkunft

Mit 6 Personen und zwei Hunden waren wir für zwei Wochen zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die gemütliche Terrasse mit Bergausblick ist wunderschön, die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und die Sauna wurde für einen gemütlichen Abend genutzt. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten entspannte Tage in unserem Haus. Die Sonnenterrasse konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen, da das Wetter für Mitte Mai schon sehr warm war. Gegrillt wurde natürlich auch. Klettern, Wandern, Sightseeing - alles mit kurzen Fahrtwegen möglich. Die Region hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für uns alle war es das erste Mal im Zillertal.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in den Tiroler Bergen

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in den Tiroler Bergen. Die Umgebung ist sehr vielseitig. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und 3 Hunden unterwegs und haben nur nette, sehr gastfreundliche Menschen getroffen und uns überall sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist so schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt einfach wunderschön. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge und ist ganz toll mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen angelegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolles Chalet und erholsame Zeit mitten in der Natur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist wunderschön und beinhaltet alles was nötig ist. Die Wanderwege befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Zum Skilift sind es weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Sauberkeit war super, die Kommunikation recht einfach und die ruhige Umgebung sprechen für die Unterkunft.
