About the host
Hosted by Alex Mourelatos
Our family owned the Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort, just down the street, for almost 50 years. I was the General Manager for over 22 years. We sold the motel in 2025 and I purchased this lake front home to offer to my return families and to offer to the public. With over 22 years of hospitality experience in North Lake Tahoe, we strive to make life long memories a regular occurrence at our property.
Why they chose this property
Tahoe Vista is a quiet neighborhood. The location of this home is right on the water and the view is something you can just stare at all day long. This part of Lake Tahoe enjoys relatively quiet water and the property has a panoramic view across to the South shore.
