Located in NorthStar, this delightful house boasts 5 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. With 4.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower. Large living room with dramatic fireplace, deck, and views.

The additional family room space with a cozy sofa bed and 2nd fireplace and outside spa. First floor mud room to remove winter gear.

5 minute walk to the Village. Also a wonderful door to door shuttle system that will pick you up at the driveway and drop you off at the Village for skiing or dinner and bring you back home.

Access to the association recreation center that includes a fitness center, pools, pool table, BBQs, pickle ball and tennis courts. Fees may apply.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Pots and pans need to be cleaned and put away
All garbage must be placed into the Bear Box on the right side of the driveway Exterior noise must stop at 10pm per the Northstar rules and exterior lights off.
Number of guests can’t exceed the number stated during request for STR. No animals allowed $1,000 fee charged for any violation & stay may be canceled.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Violation of rules, of exceeding person limit, bringing pets can lead to immediate termination of stay and $1000 fee.This is determined by the host
10pm exterior lights must be turned off. Other HOA rules apply and are listed in the welcome book. No loud music or noise after 9.
No on street parking during the winter snow season starting November 10th. Glass doors must be closed at all times when having a fire. Only burn wood
