Make your Tahoe vacation truly special in this beautiful lakefront home. Rygh is a 3-level house in Carnelian Bay, centrally located in North Lake Tahoe, on a quiet frontage road off of the main highway.
This serene spot offers spectacular lake views from virtually every room, with decks on all levels overlooking the lake. Stone stairs meander through beautiful perennial flowers from the parking area down to the front door, then continue down to the private pier and buoy. Catch fish from your own pier - wow!
Enter into the middle (main) level, greeted by amazing views of the lake the instant you walk through the front door. Living room features cozy furniture, rock gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens to dining area and kitchen. Remarkably well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve even the largest of meals. Kitchen has flagstone floor, 6 kitchen island stools, desk space, half bathroom and a large deck with gas grill. Dining table seats 8.
Two master suites upstairs, both with a King bed, Juliet balconies, flat screen TVs, and remodeled bathrooms with heated floors. One suite has a jetted bathtub; the other has a double shower head. Downstairs are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV, and door to lakefront deck. Second bedroom with two Twin beds and one Twin trundle bed, TV, and door to lakefront deck.
Parking is limited to 3 spaces (cars and/or boat trailer) in the summer. Parking is limited to 2 spaces in the winter.

- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
