I understand there is no smoking allowed in the cabin. There is a fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, tobacco, or water pipes inside the cabin.

I understand furniture should not be moved.

I understand there are no parties or events allowed. All visitors must be disclosed and approved by the host before the check in date.

I understand that a maximum of two pets (less than 25 lbs) are allowed per stay, subject to host approval. A $100 fee per pet per stay will be accessed prior to booking.

I understand that the renter must be at least 23 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and for using the property and amenities as intended. Please follow all house rules, posted warnings, and safety instructions. The host is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of the property, failure to follow rules, or voluntary risk-taking.
