The property also boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden with a hammock, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Your fantastic green outdoor area invites you to relax outside with a good book or enjoy family meals together in nature. An outdoor shower and a sink are also available. In 9 minutes walking you will reach the nearest restaurant (700 m) and further cafes, bars and restaurants are approximately 5 minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (550 m). In an approximately 8-minute walk (500 m) you will arrive at the beautiful beach of Geremeas where you can sunbathe on the soft sand. Furthermore, Cagliari can be reached by car in around 30 minutes and Villasimius in around 25 minutes.
