Stunning

We have been travelling a lot so far, but we never had such a perfect accommodation. From a warmhearting welcome to a such a perfect well stocked lovely super clean house(from shower gel to cotton pads nicely arranged) to a open fire place or a pellet ofen to use for cold evenings. It is so beautiful located and we can‘t say thank you enough to Mariano et Marina being incredible hosts. We highly recommend your house for a stunning holiday. All the best for you

Very clean house, loud surrounding

First of all the house is very clean and don’t miss a tool in the house. Everything is there and free to use. The bad part is the surrounding . Bus station directly in front of the house and a bar across the street. Yelling and party people almost all night until 2 am. If your not afraid of the loudness , this house is perfect .

Ciao Sebastian, siamo molto contenti che vi è piaciuto molto la nostra casa. Con Martina volevamo precisare che non siamo d'accordo con la vostra segnalazione per quanto riguarda la zona intorno alla casa ( bar e fermata del pullman ) come le dimostrano più delle 50 recensioni che abbiamo dove parlano sempre a favore della zona e l'ubicazione della casa e per quello abbiamo più del 95% dei feedback 5 stelle. A great place to stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Mariano and Martina's place for three weeks and would defiantly recommend it to anyone and hope to go back ourselves. From the warm welcome we received from Mariano and the guided tour of the property when we arrived, to the messages to ask if everything was ok during our stay and Martina's friendly visit to collect the keys when we left, the owners could not have done any more too make us feel at home and welcome. The property itself was clean, well equipped and a ideal base to explore the stunning Sardinian coastline and less than 30 minutes drive to the centre of Cagliari. The Pizza restaurant above the convenience shop, opposite the property is worth a visit if you are only wanting to walk out for a meal. the only annoyance during our stay was the neighbour's dog that insisted on barking throughout the day whenever the owner was out. (usually from 7am). But this did not spoil our stay and is or course out of the owners hands, so I would certainly recommend this property to anyone, with it's spacious rooms, two bathrooms, garden and lovely patio area with ample seating and also friendly, helpful owners. I certainly hope to return next year.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Martina am Ferienhaus. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Reihenhaussiedlung und kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt davor! Nach einer kurzen Einweisung und Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten ( war sehr angenehm, da man am Ankunftstag nach einer langen Anreise keine Aufnahmefähigkeit mehr hat) konnten wir endlich unseren Urlaub beginnen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wie zu Hause, alles vorhanden vom Kaffee, Gewürzen, Öl, Duschbad, Waschmittel, Mückenspray bis hin zu Strandhandtüchern und Kuscheldecken für frischere Nächte. Ein Ordner voller Tipps mit den schönsten Stränden und Restaurants liegt bereit. Der Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber und der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings gibt es an diesem Strandabschnitt garnichts ( Bar, Restaurant und WC). Zum spazieren oder ein kurzes Bad aber völlig ok! Wir hatten im September sehr viel Wind und der war kalt. Für solche Tage bietet sich der Garten mit den Liegen bestens an. Wind geschützt und sollte man doch ins schwitzen kommen, gibts eine Gartendusche. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Bad mit Badewanne, eine offene Küche und Wohnraum ( mit Tv). In der oberen Etage sind zwei Schlafzimmer ( jedes mit Tv) und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Familien mit Kindern zur Information hat man eine Tür zum Schutz oben an der Treppe angebracht! Wir danken Martina für alles und wünschen ihr noch viele Gäste! Es war alles super, angefangen mit dem Kontakt zu Martina, die persönlich zum Check-in da war und alles erklärt hat. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, von der Spülmaschine bis zum Bügeleisen, einfach alles da. Wir haben noch ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl gebraucht, das war kein Problem, Martina hat uns gleich am nächsten Tag alles vorbei gebracht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Danke Martina e Mariano :) È stato tutto fantastico, a cominciare dal contatto con Martina, che è stata personalmente al check-in e ha spiegato tutto. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, dalla lavastoviglie al ferro da stiro, c'è tutto. Avevamo ancora bisogno di un lettino da viaggio e di un seggiolone, non era un problema, Martina ci ha portato tutto il giorno dopo. Affitteremo nuovamente l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Grazie Martina e Mariano :)

E' la prima volta che soggiorniamo in un appartamento dove abbiamo praticamente trovato di tutto: dalla biancheria da letto, da bagno e cucina, supellettili varie anche bagnoschiuma, sapone, detersivi da bagno e cucina, tappeti, teli mare, ombrellone mare, insomma una vacanza perfetta!!! Appartamento pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Complimenti a Martina e Mariano, persone semplici e disponibilissime! Grazie di cuore, ci avete regalato due settimane di vero relax!!! oltre ovviamente al contorno delle fantastiche spiagge a sud della Sardegna dove è necessario l'automezzo per visitarle. Piacevolissimo Soggiorno

Appartamento su due piani molto funzionale ed accuratamente arredato. Molto accogliente e dotato di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno che per la nostra famiglia è stato piacevolissimo. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione tranquilla e riservata, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori delle serate estive, comodo per accedere ai servizi. C'è un fermata dei locali autobus di linea a pochi metri. Speriamo un giorno di poterci tornare ! Ringraziamo Mariano e Martina per l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato! Das Ferienhaus von Mariano und Martina ist einfach hervorragend! Alles sauber und geräumig, alles vorhanden was man als vierköpfige Familie braucht, Klimaanlagen, Supermärkte und leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, sowie die tollsten Strände Sardiniens! Anreise und Abreise war total unkompliziert und bei Fragen und Nöten könnte man die Beiden stets erreichen. Liebe Martina und lieber Mariano, danke für die tollen Ferien/Urlaub und hoffentlich bis bald ;)

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wirklich super sauber und komplett ausgestattet. 2 Bäder, 1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne. Die Schlafräume im oberen Geschoss klimatisiert. Mariano hat uns bei Ankunft persönlich empfangen und in die Feinheiten eingewiesen. Anreise morgens vor typischem Check in kein Problem. Abreise ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Martina nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Elle nous a tout expliqué et donné de bons conseils. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle est bien située par rapport aux visites que nous souhaitions faire : Cagliari, plages, location bateau. Il y a une supérette, un café juste en face de la maison. Très pratique. Egalement un restaurant "Il Tegamino Bianco". Pensez à réserver. Le seul point négatif : Dommage qu'en sortant de la maison, de nombreux déchets gâchent le paysage. Sinon, je recommande sans hésitation.

Nette Wohnung, gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet direkt gegeüber eines Supermarktes (mit freundlichem Personal) und gutem Restaurant. Der Gastgeber Mariano ist sehr nett und ist sehr bemüht allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Bis zum Strand muss man ca. 10 Minuten laufen und dieser ist okey. Wir sind fast jeden Tag in verschiedene anderen Buchten gefahren, bis Richtung Costa Rei. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden, wie Zuhause. Kochen und Grillen macht Spaß weil alles da ist. Gut war auch, dass man Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm hatte. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal hin fahren!

Sehr schönes Haus komplett mit allem ausgestattet

Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt angelegt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Zum nächsten Strand sind es knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto für die wirklich schönen Strände muss man ca15 - 25 Min. einplanen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und freundlich und kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
