Welcome to Andare, a modern countryside retreat designed for unhurried days, quiet connection, and wide-open views.

Set among rolling farmland with sweeping views of the Palouse and surrounding wheat fields, the home offers a sense of space and calm in every direction. Light moves beautifully across the landscape throughout the day, creating an ever-changing backdrop that feels expansive in summer and serene in the quieter months.

Outdoors, a beautifully designed private pool anchors the experience — a signature feature guests often book months in advance to enjoy. Open and heated seasonally from May through October, it’s set against wide-open skies and sweeping views, with outdoor dining and relaxed lounge areas made for long summer days and golden-hour evenings.

Inside, the home features a contemporary interior with Palm Springs–inspired touches, warm finishes, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The layout encourages togetherness — shared meals, long conversations, and relaxed evenings under open skies.

While the property feels wonderfully secluded, guests should note that the homeowners reside on-site in a separate, detached ADU. The main home and pool area are reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.

Andare is an adults-only (18+) property. No pets. Just space, beauty, and room to unwind.

This property is reserved for adults only. All guests and visitors must be 18 years of age or older.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted overnight. 4 additional daytime guests are allowed.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
(Early check-ins and late check-outs are not typically available, as our cleaning team prepares the home for incoming guests.)

Quiet Enjoyment
Please respect the peaceful, rural setting and observe quiet hours.

Pool Use
The pool is heated seasonally and available exclusively for registered guests. Use at your own risk. No glass in pool areas.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

Accidental Damage
Accidental damage protection is included with your reservation. Please notify us promptly if any damage occurs during your stay.

Owner on Property
Homeowners reside on-site in a separate, detached ADU. The main home and pool area are reserved exclusively for guests.

Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
