Building Access: Once inside, you can take either the stairs or the elevator to your unit.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.

This beautiful condominium is located inside the historic St. Regis, a building proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are delighted to share this piece of local history with our guests. The condo is located above a restaurant, so music can sometimes be heard in the evenings until closing time at 10 PM.

Located in the heart of Colorado`s Grand Valley, our down town proximity allows for walking access to shops, music venues, restaurant`s, art gallery`s and a year round event calendar for festivals.
