Welcome to your charming 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor—your perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday! The approximately 35 m² holiday apartment can accommodate 1–3 people.

The light-filled living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, an LED TV, a radio, and a dining area. Here you can spend relaxing evenings or unwind after an eventful day.

The open-concept kitchen has everything you need: it features an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator so you can prepare your favourite meals. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious box-spring bed (180x200 cm), ensuring restful nights. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment.

A parking space (No. 133) is available right next to the building. The building also features a bike storage room and a washing machine for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is also available (no liability for service disruptions).

Wi-Fi is available free of charge to guests of the apartment. We assume no liability for internet outages!

The accommodation is situated in an attractive location not far from the Südwäldchen. The nearest beach access is just a few minutes’ walk away, so you can quickly reach the North Sea and Sylt’s beautiful west coast on foot.
There are also several restaurants in the area that are within walking distance.
A roughly 20-minute walk through the lively island capital will take you from the apartment to the heart of Westerland. Around the well-known Friedrichstraße, you’ll find a variety of shops, upscale boutiques, cosy cafés, and inviting restaurants. Of course, you can also stroll along the beach to the town centre.
On your way, you’ll pass the Sylt Aquarium and a mini-golf course, for example.
