Das Apartment liegt am Südwäldchen in einem zweistöckigen Wohnhaus mit Westbalkon. Es ist eine ruhige Wohnlage mit viel Grünflächen zwischen den Häusern. Das Mobiliar inkl. Matratze (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa) ist hochwertig. Zur Stadtmitte sind es zu Fuß etwa zwanzig Minuten, zum Strand etwa fünfzehn Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Es gibt drei Restaurants in der Nähe (fußläufig). Für zwei Personen mit kleiner Hündin würde ich das Apartment wieder buchen.

Nette kleine Wohnung im Süden von Westerland. Der Westbalkon war ab Mittag nicht mehr zu nutzen. Platz für einen Schirm ist aber auch nicht wirklich. Küche super ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Für 2 Personen ist ausreichend Platz. An der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst.

Im angrenzenden Wohngebiet des Südwäldchen gelegen bietet die gut ausgestattete moderne und saubere Wohnung alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.Bäcker, Bushaltestelle und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kompetente Ansprechpartner stehen vor Ort zur Verfügung und Probleme werden bei Bedarf unverzüglich gelöst.Die Umgebung ist gepflegt, auch Möwen fühlen sich hier wohl. Die Aussicht vom Westbalkon könnte durch eine Fassadenerneuerung des gegenüberliegenden Gebäude sicherlich noch aufgewertet werden, beeinflusst jedoch nicht das eigene Urlaubserlebnis.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Erholsame Woche

Sauberes Appartement in super Lage und für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Das Appartement war für „Selbstversorger“ bestens ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Wohnung ok, aber Wohngegend sehr schlecht. Das Haus macht äußerlich einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Für Sylt nicht zumutbar.
