ground floor and features a sunny west-facing balcony—the perfect spot to
enjoy the sunset in the evening. Highlights of the apartment: Living room: A
inviting space with a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LCD TV, and a
stylish dining area, perfect for cosy moments and relaxing evenings.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric stove and glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave,
a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Here you can prepare your
favourite dishes just the way you like them. Bedroom: Featuring
a double bed (160 cm × 200 cm) that guarantees you a restful night’s sleep.
Shower room: Functional and practical
with a toilet, ideal for a fresh start to the day. Additional
amenities: Parking space No. 124 – A convenient spot for your
car. No pets – For a quiet and allergy-free environment.
No smoking – For a pleasant indoor atmosphere. A
bicycle storage room and a washing machine are available in the house. The daily rate
is based on 2 people; an additional charge of 10 euros per day
