We were able to addressed all the issues you mentioned during your stay as our maintenance team was able to fix the doors, resolved the mildew smell, repaired the fence by the pool, and replaced the beach chairs. The sewage smell and shower issues have also been rectified. We are glad that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy the beautiful views and prime location of our property. We’re glad the home was clean and check-in was smooth. For clarity: Pool: Serviced by an independent vendor who confirmed the pool was clear, balanced, and safe. It remained swimmable and was fixed promptly. We do not stock black garbage bags, per photo. A/C: One floor experienced an issue. A properly sized portable AC was installed immediately. AC was repaired during your stay. Our team and a licensed vendor inspected the dishwasher, plumbing, and lighting. All were working properly. Light switches have been labeled and the dishwasher detergent holder was repaired. 1 of 2 washing machines has been replaced. 3 blinds have been replaced. The floors were recently resurfaced and closet transition strips have since been installed. Our team responded promptly and a goodwill refund was provided. For transparency, additional compensation was requested in exchange for altering the review, which we do not participate in. We remain confident in this home, which continues well received by guests
