About this property

Vacation apartment in paradise

Hello, dear visitors! We’re glad you’re interested in our holiday rental near Lake Constance.

The apartment (56 square metres) sleeps 4 people and is located on the 1st floor on the east side. A kitchen-living room with a dining and TV area offers a cosy place to relax. There are also 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.

Furatweiler is nestled in the heart of the Swabian fruit-growing region. From the balcony, you can see the Eastern Alps and the Pfänder near Bregenz. There is a parking spot right in front of the house. The bus stop, a traditional inn, and a small supermarket are located in the centre of Ettenkirch (approx. 900 metres away).

The Lake Constance district’s network of hiking and biking trails invites you to explore the countryside. There are also plenty of attractions for younger guests in the immediate vicinity.

We rent exclusively to holidaymakers.

Starting in January 2023, the city of Friedrichshafen will charge a visitor’s tax.
In exchange, you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card. The visitor’s tax is not included in the Vrbo rates and must be paid in cash on site.

Gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, alles war sauber und man hat eine echt schöne Sicht auf die Berge (von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang)! Die Kommunikation verlief super, bei Fragen usw. haben uns Lothar und seine Familie schnell geantwortet oder auch weiterhelfen können. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft inmitten der Obstwiesen am Bodensee. Zum einen ist es ruhig und entschleunigend, aber man ist mit dem Auto in 10-15 min in der Stadt und hat allen notwendigen Tribel. Einfach perfekt 😎

Zu empfehlen mit Kindern

Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Marschall hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der checkin und checkout waren sehr unkompliziert. Für die Kinder gab es drinnen ein paar Spiele und draussen ein Trettraktor und Tretcar, sie hatten viel spass damit.

Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Große, gemütliche, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und mit genügend Stauraum , in der Küche ist alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Alpenkette am Horizont . Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die touristischen Orte am See und im Landesinnern, man kann aber auch herrliche Spaziergänge und Wanderungen direkt vom Obsthof aus machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen .

Hat super Spaß gemacht am Bodensee. Sehr zentrale Lage und DANK der Bodensee Card alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (wenn man zeit hat) erreichbar. Nur 5 Minuten bis zum Bus und der örtlichen Gaststätte. Preis Leistung passt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet sehr ruhig alles da was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett, wenn man etwas gebraucht hätte wäre es kein Problem gewesen es zu bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Günstige und schöne Lage

Der Gesamteindruck fällt durchweg positiv aus. Auffallend ist die herausragend sortierte Küche mit allen Geräten und Utensilien, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. DIe Vermieter sind erreichbar und sehr nett. Weiterhin ist die Lage recht zentral, wenn man das am Bodensee so sagen kann. Die Wohnung liegt dennoch sehr ruhig inmitten von Obstplantagen.

Super Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Tolles Extra ist die Poolnutzung. Wir werden wieder kommen.
