Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept single-family house at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with gr. Double bed in country style, cable TV, internet access, nice large bathroom. Campfire and sitting area in the garden can be used on request. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house.
The shores of Lake Constance, sunbathing lawn and garden restaurant right on the lake are only approx. 400 m away, approx. 900 m to Fischbach train station and approx. 6.5 km to the trade fair. Bakery and bus stop in 300m.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Schön geschnittene und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und es fehlt an Nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt und einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage in Fischbach ist ideal zum Radfahren, Wandern und der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist Super angebunden. Durch die Echt Bodenseecard kann man viele Bus und Bahnverbindungen kostenlos nutzen. Wir können das ganze nur empfehlen!

Schöne Dachwohnung , ideal für 2 Personen . Moderne Einrichtung : viel Platz im Kleiderschrank , Betten waren für uns super (sehr gut geschlafen) Kücheneinrichtung ist gut bestückt . Schön großer Balkon , nachmittags bis abends lange Sonne. Ruhige Lage gut zum Erholen und Abschalten .

Schöne Unterkunft, leider ein wenig Laute Umgebung.

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und den Besitzern dieser Wohnung. Schade waren manche Nächte, die zum Teil laut waren. Nachbarschaft, Erntehelfer und Autoposer. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Fischbach ist angenehm, ein wenig abseits, was uns recht war.

Vermieter verlangt nach Abreise zusätzliches Geld / Landlord asks for extra money after departure

Fischbach ist ein toller Ort für einen Familienurlaub - wir haben sehr viel unternommen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Allerdings hat die Wohnung ein paar Nachteile und die Vermieter haben uns nach unserer Abreise auf sehr unfreundliche Weise kontaktiert. Die Dusche war bereits bei unserer Ankunft völlig verschmimmelt (schwarzer Schimmel in allen Fugen), weshalb wir auch im Badezimmer quasi dauernd gelüftet haben. Aus Freundlichkeit haben wir uns nicht direkt darüber beschwert - ein großer Fehler! Angeblich seien wir nun daran schuld, dass sich dieser Schimmel auf die direkt daneben liegende Tür ausgebreitet hat, deren Beschichtung auch schon vor unserer Anreise sehr kaputt war. Der Vermieter verlangt dafür mehrere hundert Euro von uns. Außerdem geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass die Ferienwohnung nicht über einen separaten Eingang verfügt. Man muss durch den Flur und das Treppenhaus der Wohnung der Vermieter gehen. Dies wurde zum Problem, als die Vermieter in den letzten Tagen eine Corona-Infektion hatten. Trotz mehrerer Bitten unsererseits, sich zurüchzuhalten oder doch bitte wenigstens eine Maske aufzuziehen, während wir uns dort aufhalten mussten (z.B. bei der Abreise) taten sie das nicht, hielten sich dort auf und sprachen laut und unfreundlich auf uns ein. Außerdem ist die Spüle direkt unter der Dachschräge so angebracht, dass jeder über 1,40m große Mensch dort nicht aufrecht stehen kann, was auf Dauer etwas ins Genick geht. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Fischbach is a great place for a family vacation - we did a lot and had a great time. However, there were several problems with the apartment and the landlords: (1) the shower was completely moldy and at the departure, the landlord blamed us for the mold spreading further and asks for several hundred euros (despite the fact that we constantly kept the bathroom window open due to the mold), (2) the apartment does not have a separate entrance, we had to use the hallway of the apartment of the landlords which got problematic when they caught Corona and refused to wear masks or leave us alone when we had to pass there, (3) it is not possible to stand upright when cleaning the dishes at the kitchen sink. Very unfriendly landlords and they are apparently trying to renovate the apartment (which is really necessary) at the expense of the guests.
