The indoor fireplace anchors the room with warmth on cooler Florida evenings, and there's enough seating for the whole group to gather - whether that means a board game, a film, or just a long conversation. A ceiling fan and full air conditioning keep things comfortable regardless of the weather outside.



Sleeping arrangements



Four bedrooms are laid out to give each guest their own sense of space. The home sleeps eight, making it well-suited for families, multi-generational trips, or groups that want privacy alongside togetherness. Each room is kept clean and uncluttered, with quality bed linens supplied.



Kitchen & dining



The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, while the full cookware set - including pots and pans, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, blender, and hot water kettle - means you won't be hunting for anything. A coffee maker and coffee are stocked so mornings get off to a smooth start. The dining table seats the group comfortably for shared meals.



Bathrooms



Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and a hair dryer, along with fresh towels and toilet paper.

Pet Policy & Fees



Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees



• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)



• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)



• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet



• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification



Primary guest must be 21 years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18 must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
