Very nice property. The only issue we had was with the hvac system. There is not an accessible thermostat for the main floor and therefore had to contact the host to have it adjusted.

Josh was an amazing host! He was quick on communication and flexible. We had 6 women staying for a reunion weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had very nice soap, shampoo etc. coffee and snacks provided. Great location. We walked to the VMFA for Trivia night and walked to Carytown for lunch and shopping. Would highly recommend this place!!

Communication and check were easy. The property was spotless. There was plenty of table space for game time and the location couldn’t be better.
