All was good except did know a parking sticker was needed. Resulted in a 321 tow bill

Hi Michael, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but I’m really sorry about the parking situation—that’s definitely frustrating. Our check-in instructions do note that guest parking should be in the designated Visitor Parking areas. Only Reserved spots require a parking sticker, which result in towing if not followed. That said, I completely understand how this could have been confusing, and I apologize for the inconvenience it caused. If anything is ever unclear, I’m always happy to help in real time to avoid situations like this. Appreciate you staying with us and for the feedback.
