Our upscale Jolien holiday rental is located on the ground floor in a very quiet area of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser, the Kneipp Adventure Village, and features a cosy dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV and internet (Wi-Fi).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, ...
There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A hair dryer is also provided. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a hand-washing sink.
Children’s furniture is available free of charge upon request.
The apartment features a private south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
Towels, bed linens, and table linens are included in the price.
The apartment has 2 parking spaces in a carport.
Our Jolien apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre.
From there, you can explore the surrounding area from Going to Söll in the summer using the free Kaiserjet. The ski bus also has a stop nearby in the winter.
The Scheffau gondola lifts are only 1 km away.

Eine große Wohnung mit umlaufender regengeschützter Terasse. Sehr gut ausgewähltes und gemütliches Mobiliar, vor allem das Sofa hat uns begeistert.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Es gibt neben dem.großen Bad eine zweite Toilette, was einen zusätzlichen Comfort darstellt. Auch die Gastgeberin war bei einem kleinen Problem sofort zur Stelle und hat das Problem sofort behoben. Überhaupt sind die Gastgeber sehr aufgeschlossen und zugewandt.Die Lage im Ort war perfekt, in 5 min ist man an der Bushaltestelle, von wo aus sowohl die Linienbusse als auch die Wanderbusse fahren, sodass man ohne Auto hervorragend zurecht kommt. Zudem kann man von Scheffau aus zu Fuß in einzelne Touren in den Wilden Kaiser einsteigen.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder dort buchen!

Urlaub in Scheffau

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für Familien ist die Region Scheffau ideal. Mit der Gondel kommt man zu den verschiedenen Angeboten und die Kinder können sich auf dem Berg austoben.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Schöner offener Wohnbereich, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolles Bad mit begehbar Dusche. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Top Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Außer vielleicht die geringe Anzahl an Handtüchern für´s Bad (10 Tage: ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person).

Tolle und moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist komplett und modern eingerichtet. Hier kann man seinen Urlaub genießen. Hatten auch noch Glück mit dem Wetter. Die 2 überdachten Parkplätze sind auch zu erwähnen. Von hier aus kommt man trockenen Fußes in das Haus.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir durften unseren Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser wundervollen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im oberen Ortsteil von Scheffau mit weitläufigem Blick auf das Skigebiet ,Supermarkt, Skiverleih und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso die Haltestelle für den Skibus. Allerdings ist die Bergbahn von Scheffau mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden, auch in der Hauptsaison. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sehr sauber und wunderbar geräumig für 4 Personen. Sie hat einen eigenen Skikeller und bietet für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich viel. Hier wurde an alles gedacht, praktisch sowie zum Wohlfühlen.
