Marina nearby with public boat and vehicle parking. Bait shop and fuel dock available at the marina. Rinse off any items that were in the salt water or sand and store them back where you found them. Do not enter home with sand on feet or swimsuit.

Check-in was easy and simple, and the house had all the amenities listed. We loved using the kayaks and fishing from the canal throughout the day. The grill was also super clean and easy to use! The beds were comfortable,the location was amazing, and everything we needed during our stay was there. We could not recommend this place enough!! Thank you!!

It is such a nice getaway, with close proximity to Houston, making it a quick and easy drive. We have tried to think about every detail to make your stay as enjoyable and perfect as possible!

The neighborhood is warm, friendly, and fun. If you like to fish, boat, kayak, hang out at the beach, ride bikes, or enjoy beautiful sunsets, you will love this area. The marina is in the same neighborhood, offering excellent food, live music on certain nights, and free boat parking areas. It is just such a fun neighborhood with great vibes! You will love it! It is also a great golf-cart community!
What makes this property unique
The location of this property is amazing. This house in particular, is located on one of the best canals in Sea Isle as it is a main canal with direct access to the bay, and only an 8 minute walk to the beach. It is a wider canal so you have more view of water, great fishing, and very close access to the bay. You can swim directly in front of the house, kayak, hang out on our floating mat, and more. You can also bring your boat to dock up to the bulkhead! The property has been fully renovated with chic and comfortable amenities.
